SAT2 : Physics:790 Math2: 800
Toefl: 101
I am not able to give you my gpa because my school doesn’t provide that.
School ranking 5%
I’m wondering if I can get into

The UC’s give no financial aid to out of state or international students. Can you afford $65,000/year? Penn State give virtually no aid.

It’s tough but still affordable. Just wondering if there’s a chance that I can study in competitive schools in US.

You have excellent SAT subject tests but SAT I scores are on the low side for UCLA and UCB. What about your extra curricular activities? How are your essays? Intended major? UC’s have also capped the number of International applicants so they will be even more competitive.
Consider UCLA/UCB Reach schools and UCSD a Low Reach depending upon major. They are possible but no guarantees.

I do have a lot of volunteerings and extra curricular activities. My down side is my bad reading skills, which led to my bad sat1.
