Letters of Recommendation:
My English III, U.S. History, Latin, Chem/Anatomy, and Ceramics teachers could all write great letters of recommendation for me. I’m also on good terms with my counselor and she knows me well.

Essay:
My common app essay is good, but not great. It has a hook but definitely falls short of being extraordinary.

You definitely have a strong chance!
