Do I have a chance?

Hello! I go to a religious private school and I have about a 3.4 gpa (with two APs) and a low 1700 sat and 25 act. I have a lot of extra curriculars such as BBYO (jewish youth group I am involved with), March of the living (two week long trip to poland and israel), selected to attend AIPAC high school summit, JSA political debate team, ukulele club, Dance team, Varsity soccer, volunteer for Friendship circle (helping special needs kids), and volunteered at a zoo.
So I have a chance of getting into these colleges?

any other suggestions for back up schools or other schools I should think about? I want a mid sized school around a major city.

Sorry, but almost all of these are low matches and Reaches to High Reaches.

What type of major do you want?
Some colleges to maybe Consider that you can get into with decent merit
Alabama-Huntsville
University of Southern Mississippi
Alcorn State
South Carolinia State

Except for Boulder, you’ll definitely get in there.

@kypdurron I want to major in History and be in close proximity to museums (preferably the Holocaust Memorial Museum in DC).
I want to have a school that has some classes in Holocaust studies.
I know some of them are reach schools and I wont be hurt if I get rejected (for example Tulane).
I dont want to go to school somewhere too hot and preferably the east coast.
