Do I have a good chance of getting in?

I am a junior, and I was wondering if I have a decent shot at getting into Yale even with my GPA. I will be applying early.

Caucasian Male

SAT:2400 (taken once)

SATII: Planning on taking 3 or 4, I will probably do well and get 800s on some

GPA:I kind of slacked off in the last two years, but I am trying this year. My school doesn't calculate GPA out of 4.0.
Unweighted average out of 100:
9th and 10th grade:93
This year:95
If I use a A=4,B=3 scale, my unweighted GPA is
9th and 10th grade:3.8
This year:4.0

Workload:All honors in the last 2 years, 3 APs this year and 5 next year

Extracurriculars:
-I am good at an instrument that I have played since I was young and I will send in a CD. I have been first chair in county orchestras, etc. and I hope to get into All State this year.
-I am a rower, but I only started a year ago. I am good, but not good enough to be recruited by one of the Ivies.
-I did various academic summer programs
-No volunteer work yet but I am going to start (very busy schedule)
-I have been very committed to strength training throughout high school if that matters lol
-Mathletes
-I have won some various unimpressive awards(photoshop stuff etc)
-There's probably other stuff that isn't very important, but I can't think of it right now.

Recs will be good

Should I even hope to get accepted ? From what I have read, pretty much everybody who gets accepted has a 4.0 UW, unless they are a URM/legacy/recruited athlete, or have another hook.

Congrats on your achievements to date. However "From what I have read, pretty much everybody who gets accepted has a 4.0 UW" is incorrect. Once a level of academic excellence is reached, it really falls to the intangibles. It would seem that your metrics fall inline with other viable candidates -- but what is a "good" chance? Who knows. Statistically, practically no one has a "good" chance.

Good luck to you.
