Do I have a realistic chance of getting into a bs/md or bs/dds program?

I'm going into grade 12 and am seriously considering these two programs, but i dont know if i have a realistic chance. Im especially interested in applying to wayne states MedStart and University of Detroit Mercy's 7 year dental program. The only problem is that I'm from Canada, so i don't know what my gpa is.

This year my average was 88 (80-100 is an A over here). Next year I am hoping to get it up to a 90.
I'm taking the ACT in september. So far I have been getting 32's on the practice tests.
I am currently working at an orthodontist office.
E.C.: Volunteer at Canadian Blood Services, Co-oped at Canadian Cancer Society for 6 months, Co-oped at orthodontist office for 6 months (which progressed into my job there), volunteered at a library for the whole summer (40 hours) which included tutoring children, will begin volunteering at two local hospitals in august.
At school, I am part of the world affairs club, athletic commitee, dance commitee, and our school's help centre.
I used to skate, not competitively though. I took up a volunteering position there that allowed me to co-teach skating classes with a professional coach, which lasted about a year.

I'm not sure what my ranking in school is, but I would say that I am in the top 15% for sure.

With this information, do i have a realistic chance of getting even an interview?

thanks!

Some combined programs require american citizenship. Check it out before making plans.
