do I have a shot at getting into Middlebury college???

<p>Hi everyone, here's a list of what I've done, hopefully it's enough to get me accepted into Middlebury.</p>

<p>I'm an incoming senior. I plan to apply early decision to Middlebury because I absolutley fell in love with Vermont and the school.</p>

<p>I'm not taking the SATs again. I plan to take the SAT Subject Tests in October for Literature and U.S. History. I recieved a 5 on my AP English exam, AP Biology exam was not good enough to submit.</p>

<p>Try to take the ACT - it may give you a higher score - write a great essay, with stellar recommendations, showing Mbury as your #1 choice…you are a fine candidate.</p>

<p>Like the person before me suggested, I think that you should consider retaking some of the standardized tests. If you’re really opposed to the SAT (which is entirely understandable; I am, too), try the ACT. I hear from a lot of people that it’s much easier than the SAT. Anyways, that’s the only thing that would likely hold you back.</p>

<p>How do you think your essays will be? That’s the best place to stand out to the admissions committee - if you bring out your personality, all of your other achievements will seem more real.</p>
