<p>I am currently a senior in chemical engineering. My current gpa is a 3.1, and my gre practice tests have been in the 150's. I'm an officer in three different engineering organizations, work as a teaching assistant and an academic tutor, and have undergraduate research experience. I also completed an REU program this past summer. I have great LOR's, the professors who I have are extremely fond of me. Do I have a chance at getting into a PhD program for biomedical engineering? I know my GPA/GRE (assuming practice scores reflect actual) are low, but do all the other things outrank that?</p>
