Do I have a shot at my local Community College if I apply ED?

By Community College, I mean Wharton! lol
Stats:
Asian Male
New York State
Competitive Public-sends many grads to top schools
IB Diploma Candidate

GPA: We don't get these until later in our senior year, but a good estimate would be around 3.9 UW and 4.1 W.
School doesn't rank, but should be in the top 10 percentile out of about 130ish.

AP: English Lit (2)
World History (3)
Will take APUSH this year, as well as AP Chinese (expecting 4 or 5), Macroeconomics (self study around 4 maybe), and English Lang (self study around 3 or 4).

SAT: 650 CR, 750 M, 700 W
I have taken the toughest courseload offered in school, which includes 3 AP courses and 6 IB courses.

EC: Varsity Soccer (4 years)
Varsity Track and Field (4 years, possibly captain senior year)
Math League (3 years)
Playing Guitar (5 years)
Culture club (2 years)

Work Experience: Did some private Chinese tutoring for a cornell u. student over a summer
Taught English at a proprietary school in a foreign country for a summer
Will have a tutoring job (twice per week for the next 2 years)

Volunteer: Roughly 35 hours at a local historic building.

Awards: Scholar Athlete
(I am predicting AP Scholar, National Merit Commended, and Congressional Award Gold Certificate)

Chances for:
UPenn Wharton (ED)
Princeton
Washington U. in St. Louis
U. of Rochester
Syracuse U.
Cornell U.
SUNY Buffalo (Honors)
and any other ones you think are a good fit for me
Thank you!

oops sorry wrong forum!
please move to What Are My Chances

Rejected at Wharton and Princeton. Decent chances at Cornell and WashU. In at all your other schools....have you taken any SAT II's?

protip: wharton wants an 800 in SAT M and an 800 in Math Level 2

also, consider applying ED to Cornell
