Do I have a shot at Stern?

Hello, I will be a senior this fall and am excited to begin my college application process. Originally, I wanted to go for psychology, but the current job market and necessity for at least 8 years of schooling have changed my goals to a more profitable major. NYU was always my dream school, and I'm curious to see I can stick with it as I switch my intended major to the business and economics field.

Freshman year: I did not understand the importance of school at the time, and as such I took no APs (I opted out out of AP World) and only one honors. 3.7 UW. No extracurriculars other than concert band and marching band.

Sophomore year: I took two honors, Spanish and Trig. Continued with band. I got into National Honor Society, stuck with band and played in my schools pit orchestra. Still a 3.7 UW. Went level 5 NYSSMA, but scores were lost due to negligence of the school hosting it.

Junior year: Here's where things pick up. 2 AP classes (APUSH and AP Literature,) 4 college classes (Spanish, Intro to Calc, and Psychology/Sociology, both of which were half year courses.) Honors Physics and Honors Wind Ensemble (advanced band.) I joined a plethora of clubs such as Drama Club, Spanish Club, History Club and I was inducted into Tri-M music honor society. I also auditioned and participated in the school musical. I performed at ALIST, which gave 40 hours of community service for putting on a show to raise money for Broadway Fights Aids. Still not sure about my GPA, most likely 3.7 or like a 3.69. All I know is that I spread myself a little thin and it was harder to keep my grades up.

I got a 4 on APUSH and a 3 on AP Lit :(
For my senior year I am taking AP Calc, AP Lang, AP Gov, AP Physics B and AP Spanish

Class rank: Not sure yet, but probably around top 15%

My SAT was quite poor for Stern standards (I'd rather not share it...)
But I got a 31 on my ACT (30 on everything except science, that was a 34.)

I have yet to take SAT IIs but if necessary I will take them this upcoming fall.

I'm not in any sports because when I was born I had complications with my heart (transposition of the great vessels, for all our medical students out there,) preventing me from any physical activity outside of mandated gym. I intend on writing my essay about this, and the concept of opportunity.

I'm white, middle class, and male. I am also the vice president of my youth group, and have many hours of community service.

I sing in vocal jazz, will be section leader of the clarinets in my senior year, and I also play alto saxophone, bass clarinet and am learning bagpipes.

I also went on a trip to Spain through ACIS this February and felt I truly benefited from the experience.

I know it will be a stretch... but is there a shot? I've always been somewhat lucky. Will ED help me?

Thank you for your time. :)

I forgot to mention:

I’ve interned with a business for 3 consecutive summers, due to family connections.
I also recently started tutoring elementary school children at the library.

Also, I know the fact that I don’t have SAT IIs right now is hurting your judgement. I was supposed to take them in June, but unfortunately I was unable to because it was full. It really upset me, considering I heard stories of people deciding to switch which SAT IIs they were taking the day of the exam.
