sigh

That seems to be a new requirement. My son did not need to send a resume when he applied. You can probably use a Microsoft Word Template to generate a nice resume format but the information should not be a lot different then what you submit on the application as far as contact information, goals, academic experience, work experience, volunteer experience, awards and any special talents usually summarized on a single page.

the problem is mine will most likely be no more than 50 words.-___-

Also,on self reporting your test scores.I took the SAT in January and i got a low score(1020 out of 1600) and being the idiot i am, i sent it to FSU.I might as well self report it or they might think I'm hiding something, right?

I think they have access to all of your scores but will take your highest combination of the two sections.

tomatoking

when my son checks his application status, it lists only his best combined SAT score. it really doesn't matter if you sent the one from january, because once you ask college board to send your more recent scores (i am assuming you took the sat again since january), they send ALL your scores which would have included the january score.

if it makes you feel any better, the admissions rep we spoke with said that they encourage students to take the sat/act test as many times as you want to, they only factor in your best math and reading scoret year. writing scores may be included next year.

Send whatever they ask for - Fall 2008 will be very competitive.

Don't blow it off, do your best. ;)

Yeah, I didn't see this either.. it's new...

-_-

I'll call tomorrow... HURUMPF!

hey guys take a look at these online examples - p2n is right, do your best

Oh you guys, if you downloaded the packet... there is already a section for this.

I'm not sure how the online works..

I had a minor 2-second seizure when I saw the resume option on the FSU website, so relax in the fact that many are suffering with you. In light of the fact that there are going to be so many applicants, I put down the highlights of my high school career; anything that would separate me from the Joe Schmoe applying right after me.

^Exactly. What makes you different (and qualified)?
