Hi guys,
i was wondering about the sat test ;in the registration they ask you to put the schools you're sending the scores to and there is extra-charge if it is more than 4
but i found wondering::isn't enough for schools to read my scores in the applicationand perhaps check via college-board
but if i put the colleges codes they would receive the scores 6 weeks before my application:isn't that weird

Though there are still some schools that do not require official score reports sent by the College Board, the vast majority (including all high ranked colleges) require you to have CB send the score report. It can be ordered sent as part of the application for the test by designating a school as a desired recipient as you mention. You can also wait to send until after the score comes out. There is nothing weird about score arriving before application. Colleges start an application file on you when they receive anything , such as test scores, that go in such a file. They then match applicable application with that score when the app arrives.

do i have to send it to all the colleges
what if i haven’t sat my mind yet on a final list ,what will happen to the college i will choose at the end…??

^It doesn’t have to be the college you will attend in the future (you obviously don’t know yet). Just send it to the ones you are really sure you will apply to.

You have to order College Board to send an official report to each college to which you apply. If you apply and don’t send an official score your application for admission will not be considered and will eventually just be denied. It can be done as part of applying to take an SAT test by naming four colleges to receive the SAT, which are you free sends. Otherwise, you have to go on-line at the College Board site and order a send to each college at $10.50 a college. One exception is the UC’s. The UCs allow you to apply to multiple UC’s via one application and if you send an official score to just one, all will get it.
