I plan on getting a joint MD/MBA maybe its just wishful thinking but I will try anyway... So I am really curious to know if anyone has been admitted to top 30 MBA programs with little to no work experience? I mean I have a couple of part time jobs as a barista and stock clerk to help my parents pay for school but obviously that is not what they are looking for. Right? If worst comes to worse I have crazy high up connections to JP Morgan Chase in Manhattan so would post college work there make me a more desirable candidate?

Yes. You are not going to get into a top MBA without either work experience or awesome extracurriculars + summer internships. Get a job with lots of responsibilities at JP Morgan.

Plus, that MBA will be much more useful since you can apply the real world (your job) to what you learn in class.

Wait, I just realized you said MD/MBA. Why would you want an MD?
