Do I need all communication pre reqs done for UCLA as a transfer student?

I applied for UCLA’s Comm major along with other UCs ( Davis w/ man econ , Berkeley for econ)
So I’m not sure if I needed every class listed done or only 4 would be enough for major pre reqs. I only have linguistics left to take and my CC only offers one class which is at the same time as another class I need. So I wanted to see if it was fine with leaving that course out? and I was kind of thinking UCLA won’t take me bc I wrote my personal statement one econ but my second essay involved some stuff about communication. So I only wanna take the class if I have a chance to get in.
I have a 3.8 (by next semester it’ll most likely bea 3.9), 1 igetc left( done in spring)
about 300 hour of community service ,A bunch of awards from city/senate/legislature for my volunteer service, Won a scholarship for my community service

Thanks!

All courses listed as prerequisites by your major must be completed if you are applying as a transfer applicant to UC LA. Please refer to your major’s website for more information. Your GPA, and extra service makes you eligible for contention.
