Do I need another year?

Hey guys,
I'm finalizing my schedule for senior year and I was wondering what you thought about this. I know colleges like to see 3-4 years of a foreign language. I took Latin in middle school which extended into high school so I took Latin III in the 9th grade and Latin IV in the 10th grade. I also took Spanish I in the 10th grade and Spanish II this year. My question is: Is it necessary to take a third year of Spanish? Would it look bad if I didn't?

If I didn't take Spanish then I would likely take AP US Government first semester and Anatomy and Physiology or Sociology second semester (future nursing major). What should I do? I'm not looking at Ivy Leagues or anything but moderately selective schools. Am I just blowing this whole thing out of proportion? Lol

If you want to become fluent in Spanish, don’t take a year off of it.
