Do I need AP classes to get into MIT?

The only AP class that available in my school is AP History. I'm currently a sophomore. I take Intro to Biotechnology, AP Government, Honor Math II, Honor American Literature.
Intro to Biotechnology or Honor Chemistry is harder?
Do I need to participate in a group at school to get into MIT?
What classes do I need?

You don’t need to take any AP classes to get into MIT, but if your school doesn’t offer enough classes that challenge you, you should consider taking advanced material on your own, whether through postsecondary courses, online courses, or independent study. Although it’s possible to get into MIT without taking any AP science courses, it is incredibly difficult to be one of the only people in your freshman classes at MIT who has never seen the material before. (Ask me how I know.)

I don’t afraid of how much the classes at MIT will hard for me, but if i don’t have a good stat, then why should they admit me?
And again, intro to biotechnology or honor chemistry is harder?

I was admitted last year (but will not be attending) without AP classes. If you’re really that worried, nothing is preventing you from taking the actual AP exams. I took the AP Chemistry exam and scored a 5 on it after taking two years of regular chemistry with lab. I felt really confident in chemistry and it was my favorite subject, so that’s how I demonstrated proficiency. Also, I didn’t do this, but you can take the AP Calculus exam if you feel good about your math skills, as most MIT freshmen (correct me if I’m wrong), have some sort of AP math credit since it’s a math/science-centered school. The AB exam isn’t that difficult (only Calc 1, which is mainly differentiation).

why you not going to attend MIT? Anything bad about it? Are you have a lot of extracurricular activities and good SAT score?

MIT just wasn’t right for me. I chose Princeton. I had a lot of passion demonstrated in my ECs, not necessarily a whole lot of them. I had good SAT scores - those are needed.
