Do I need SAT Physics for engineering?

I’ve taken Bio E and plan on taking Math 2 soon. However, a lot of colleges prefer to see a chemistry or physics test. I don’t have chemistry till next year and my physics class is AP Physics Mchanics only, which is less than half of SAT Physics. Will Bio count as the science SAT or do I have to take physics? There are so many extra topics in the physics SAT idk how people learn them all. One of the schools I looked at was Penn which “recommends” a math and science which I technically will have, but they also say “prefer” physics for engineering so idk if I will be looked down upon for the lack of physics, Although it says preferred and recommended, I’ve heard that you should take that as required. I don’t know what to do.

Unless you have the wherewithal to self study, submit your Bio score.

Will I be at a disadvantage for not having physics/chem?

Most engineering programs who ask for SAT II recommend Math II and Physics/Chemistry. Other sciences (e.g Biology) are also OK.
