Do I need to update my UC TAP along with my grades on the UC application for TAU?
The TAU is what will show up on your application. It edits your application to include your Fall grades and Spring planned courses.
The TAP is just a tool that helps people plan their courses, submit a TAG, or input their courses into the app.
If you mean the other TAP (the program), then I have no clue.
This is a question I had also. @goldencub I think they were referring to the fact that initially, when we first submitted the applications, the UCTAP was the tool we used to transfer info regarding the classes we’ve taken, are in progress of, have planned, and AP scores onto the UC app. It then synced the information onto our applications when we’d update it. But I’m guessing now with the introduction of the TAU, the UC TAP is obsolete?
Basically, I’m wondering: is it okay if my TAU is different from my TAP now? Like I just have to update the TAU regarding new info and not the TAP as well?
