I just received a messaged from San Jose State University as follows:

Greetings,

You are receiving this message because we do not have your official test scores on file. In order to process your application for admission, *you are required to submit your official test scores for the SAT or the ACT no later than Friday, December 20, 2013. *

Entering your test scores on your application for admission does not meet this requirement. We must receive official score reports from the appropriate testing agency. Sending your scores to another CSU does not satisfy this requirement.

Failure to submit this information by the deadline will result in the withdrawal of your application.

To avoid withdrawal of your application take the following actions:
1. Submit your official scores on time, no later than Friday, December 20, 2013.
2. If you have not yet ordered your scores to be sent to SJSU, you must order them immediately and rush send them to us per the directions below. We will not guarantee the processing of any score received after December 20, but in past years, we have processed all scores received prior to January 2 as though the December 20 deadline was met.

I've just taken the december SAT a week ago and I had put SJSU and UC as recipients for them, not knowing that SJSU had a deadline of the 20th. I'm preparing to send my Oct/Nov SAT scores to SJSU now, but my question is, do i need to buy rush report like they say? I should also mention that all these scores are being reported electronically, not by mail.

Also, will I need to buy rush report for the December SAT scores if I want them to enter the UC system on time (the scores become available Dec 23rd)?
