Do I need to provide transcripts for the CSU I attended if I plan to transfer to another CSU>

I transfer from a CC to a CSU (THat CSU didn’t work out and I had to drop out) I been eyeing another CSU and I want to transfer into that.

Do I have to provide transcript from the CSU that I dropped out of to the CSU that I am planing to transfer to?

I am planning not to (Me being lazy) because all the transferable units I earned was in CC and non of my previous CSU would be able to be transferred.
