Do I need to sign up for an e-bill by Aug. 15?

<p>I can’t activate my e-bill because I am having some troubles with my bank and was wondering if it was necessary to activate my e-bill and EFT by Aug. 15. My awards/scholarships have paid my $8,000 bill for this month and probably a couple more months so could I post pone activating my e-bill and EFT?</p>
