E-Bill

I set up the E-Bill account but for some reason the tuition ($4000 something) and board ($1400) isn't on the list. Has anyone submitted their payments? I know it's not due till August but I'm just trying to figure out how to use Electronic transfer.

The Quick Statement will show amounts before they are an official bill. Once the bill is prepared for the month, you will be notified and then e-bill will show the balance due. I also see tuition already on the quick statement but nothing to pay yet thru e-bill.

They don’t send out bills for the fall semester for all undergrads/ grads until one week into school. Just chill and enjoy what’s left of summer before school begins.

How can they send the bill after school starts when it’s due on August 15?

Yeah on the checklist it says first bill due on August 15th

The bill is prepared the month prior to its due date, usually around the third week going into the fourth week. Looking back I see a range of dates from the 19th to the 30th but the middle of the range is around the 24th.

You should get it soon.

Hey for those of you who did not get any financial aid, what does your quick statement say if you don’t mind telling me?

Mine says:
Minimum Amount Due Now: $5,506.75
Minimum Due + Full Reg Fee: $5,506.75
Account Balance: $11,048.75

However, the balance in my registration fee is $4,076.25 since I waived the health insurance.
How much is actually on the first bill that I have to pay out?

Besides registration fees (e.g. tuition equivalent) for the first semester, you have to pay 1/10th of your room and board. There may be minor additional charges, don’t remember exactly when all those things hit, but not big money.

If you received financial aid, do you still pay the bill through E-bill?

yes nico

none of my financial awards are in my CARS fund!

I was told by a friend who goes to Berkeley that you can pay the minimum now and when your aid is dusbursed you can get a refund through EFT. That’s what I play on doing.
