Do I qualify for EOP/HEOP?

<p>Hey, Im a Junior going into my senior year. I have a 2.9 GPA, 1800 combined SAT, No EC's, no sports, and no AP classes. I come from a Low income family; my mom makes 25,000 a year with 3 people living in the house, however i live in a nice neighborhood and go to a pretty decent school in Dix Hills new york, will this keep my from being eligible for EOP, HEOP, and other such programs?</p>

<p>I really don’t think penn state has EOP… And you do qualify for EOP/HEOP… You have a good shot at every suny with EOP.</p>
