Do I really need 15-16 units next semester?

im not sure what i'm going to major in, but it might be legal studies and/or poly sci.

im already done with the philosophy and stats aspect of legal studies and i'm gonna take

econ 1
poly sci 3
history 5

which will cover all of legal studies prereqs by the end of next semester. then i can take the 2 other poly sci classes and my breadths the next school year (and perhaps one over summer).

of the breadths I have completed (or will complete by next semester) is the bio sci, historical studies, philosophy, and social and behaviorial. My int'l studies will be completed by poly sci 2 or 5.

so will i really need to take 15 units each semester after this one to keep up and declare? it seems that im doing fine at 13 for this and next semester. and also, do my classes seem like too much reading?

thankssssss.

Taking 13 units beyond your first semster isn’t always the best idea. I have friends who got addicted to taking 13 units, and now that they are juniors they can’t bear to take 16 units.

Take 15-16 units. They advise 13 units your first semester because they think it will help you get better acclimated to college life.

but i mean other than the fear that I might get used to the workload of 13 units, everything is okay right?

other than a lot of reading, i’m fine, right?

thanks.
