SAT:
790 M
680 CR
720 WR
SATII:
740 BIO-M
770 M IC
790 CHem

im trying to get into schools such as Columbia, Upenn, Jhop, NYU and cornell. i kno my SAT II's should be ok and i kno my SAT is also alrite, but, do you think its enough into getting into those types of schools? My Ec's are kinda weak, only stuff like Boy's State, and Columbias SHP program. THis was the first time i took the SAT I. Im just afraid if i retake that ill do worse. And if i do worse, does that look bad to colleges. Plz reply im so lost.

I suggest you move on with your life (: Your SAT scores are fine.

if anything, for the cr score, that's eh-ish score for upenn and cornell.

how many times have you taken your sat 1's? you can always retake them, and combine the highest scores you know.

^ The OP said it was his/her first time.

you
re fine. i don
t think you should retake it. because your scores are already high, so even if you get higher scores it won
t be that big of a difference. although, if you really wanted to...you could boost up your CR ..but wow. i wish i had your scores for SAT II
s haha

Don't retake it unless you're sure you can do better.

some1 said CR is eh-ish for cornell and Upenn, my main school i wanna get into is columbia which is up there with those two, maybe higher in terms of wats needed. and im a guy who took the test for the FIRST time. im going into senior year obviously so i only rele have october and november to take it, meaning i gotta decide NOW as to whether i wanna retake so i can study again

averagedesi, that is not necessarily too, ivy's take the highest scores of each section to make a combined sat. thus, doodles would really have to concentrate on the cr score. the only way it can reflect negatively on him, if his other scores become less by like 80+ points, which would be highly unlikely. also, he has a chance of increasing the other scores too, making his record more attracive.
