Do I stand a chance at Harvey Mudd?

Hi!

I am a senior from Mexico City, currently a student at a prestigious boarding school in Canada. I've been passionate about computer science all my life.. I started programming at 13, can program in over 6 languages, and I had a summer job as a database developer intern in Mexico last summer.

I'm taking IB HL CompSci and currently have a 96.
My average at the end of Grade 11 was 92.

My grade 12 courses:
English, Calculus and Vectors, Advanced Functions, Biology, Physics, Computer Science.

My grade 11 courses:
English, Functions, Biology, Physics, Computer Science, Antropology Psychology & Sociology, World History.

My test scores are not the best :(
My ACT highest scores (and I'm not sure if HMC superscores) are:

E: 33 (ironic)
M: 26
R: 32
S: 32
W: 8

I am writing the subject tests (Math II and Physics) this Saturday, but I do not feel at all prepared. (Funny story, I stayed with a friend whose dad has a masters in Engineering and helped me prepare. He couldn't solve many of the SAT Physics problems. How do they claim you're prepared to take these after 1 year-long high school course?)

My recommendation letters are gonna be very good.

I had a skype interview via initialview.

I program for my school's VEX Robotics team and last year my programming skills were ranked 68th out of over 8000 in the world.

I appreciate the feedback!
Thank you.

More about my ECs:
Other than programming for VEX Robotics, I am a school prefect (highest leadership position), I am in the Reach (trivia) team, I am a tour guide for the school, I founded a Dungeons and Dragons club and a Geek club, I am a scriptwriter for Film Club, and I did ModelUN in my school back in Mexico.

How much can you pay per year?

I’m pretty sure I can afford full tuition. I just read that admissions for internationals are not need-blind (hence the edit). Is this a big factor? How are my chances considering this?

@Erebon‌
You are an international student, correct? Then it’s need aware. Either way, since you can pay full tuition-talk with your parents-it won’t matter much. You still are considered for merit scholarships.

Since you can pay full tuition, you have much much better chances than other int kids who need aid, but your composite ACT score is below 25%. Middle 50% for HMC is 32-35. If you manage it to increase it to at least 34 and writes good essays, it may be a low reach.
