I'm 24 and live in Israel.
I kinda messed up all my high school grades and I was never part of any school club or competition (never had those here).
If I improve all my grades and take the SATs (will have to excel at everything, I know) will I have a change to be admitted to MIT? What else is required?

The chances are low for everyone. If you have interest, you should apply. MIT bases its admissions on much more than grades. If the admissions officers see in your application that you can handle the coursework, that you will fit in here, and that you will take advantage of the opportunities MIT gives you, you might be accepted.
