Do I stand a chance?

I reallly want to get into the Hotel School at Cornell.

Freshman year, was absolutely terrible. I had some personal problems and other things going on so that year my GPA was 2.6 Unweighted and 3.2, with all honor classes. I know this is absolutely terrible, and I have no one to blame but myself.
However, i made a pact to myself to do better and school. From Freshmen year on, i've taken a bunch of AP classes, and brought my GPA to around 3.4 unweighted and 4.0 weighted, which i understand is still extremely low.

On the SAT's i scored a total of 2230
On the SAT 2's for Math, i got a 770 and Biology i got a 720

For my extracurriculars, I was in key club, chess club, electronics club, debate team, french club (president), international students organization (treasurer), French Honor Society, and National Honor Society. I also was on the Golf team and did tennis for a year.
I've also volunteered about 100 hours at a library and 100 hours at a local hospital.

What do you guys think? Do i stand a chance? Any advice would be great, Thanks again :D

Test scores are definitely competitive but I can’t really comment on your GPA since I don’t know fully why your grades were so low and how grading works at your school but I can say that colleges would much rather you get A’s in AP classes than B’s and C’s in honors classes (in other words, see an upward trend).

Well Hotel school looks for different things so it’ll be hard to chance.
