Do I still fill out the form????

Based on my fortunate circumstances and financial situation, it is very unlikely that I will qualify for any financial aid where I am applying (HYPS, etc.) Should I still fill out/submit the CSS Profile and FAFSA? My gc has indicated that it might still be a good idea since some scholarships and such use it. But I don't want the schools to think I'm insane and wasting their time to submit the form if its pretty obvious i won't qualify.

yes fill it out anyway. don't think it hurts.

Fill it out as the odds of getting in to HYPS are against you (not a ding on you but just a statement of fact). Depending on how you craft your list of match and safety schools you could very well end up with some merit money.

So should I still submit it to Harvard?

Why not, you have nothing to lose since you are going into the process not expecting any aid. IF you get some then it would just be gravy. IF you should have a change in circumstance (not wishing anything bad on you but stuff happens) at least the school has your FA info on file and you can request a review
