So I've been taking the time recently looking a little more into colleges and it appears that Michigan would be the best fit school for me. I consider myself to be pretty smart, but I have a rather severe motivation problem and last year my grades weren't great and although I have gotten back on track I was wondering if I still have a chance for Michigan, specifically Ross. I am currently just a sophomore, but I'm already getting a little stressed about college stuff.

Stats:
White male
rather competitive high school
GPA 3.6 UW 4.1 W, but I got a 4.4 last semester and it should continue around there
4 AP classes so far, got a 4 on human geo and haven't taken the others yet
ACT: haven't taken yet, but I got equivalent to 34 on PLAN and expect around that
On track to receive high school of business certificate

Work Exp: In line for a summer job and marketing/management internship

ECs: Current and projected
DECA state qualifier and probably international next year as well as likely chapter officer next year, will be 3 years total
FBLA state qualifier and probably international this and next year, chapter office as well, 4 years total
Debate team member and possible state or national qualifier next year, 3 years total
Mock trial member 3 years total
Probably NHS

Classload:
Taken a lot of advanced classes, very difficult schedule
Next year is 2 APs, 4 other weighted courses, and 2 of them business classes

Haven't done recommendations or essays yet, but I consider myself a strong writer and I think my teachers like me for the most part

I'll be applying for Ross pre-admit when I'm a senior
