My GPA is low by College Park standards, but I'm hoping a positive trend can make up for it. I also don't have a wide array of extracurriculars...
I'd really appreciate some feedback about my chances! I applied early action btw

Given that you’re in-state, you still have a decent shot. I got in with the exact same unweighted GPA(3.38), and inferior SAT scores(1300/1900). You also have some decent EC’s, though more from your freshman year would be nice. I don’t know if UMCP thinks this, but some colleges will write off people who join in later years just to impress colleges. Not that I think you’r doing this, it just looks like it could be interpreted that way. Your AP repertoire is also impressive.

However, a bad year may be a red flag, but you seemed to have bounced back. It’s really anyone’s guess how they think of that kind of performance.
From the numbers alone, you have a good shot, but don’t count your chickens before they hatch: anything can happen; I have some very bright in-state friends who got rejected! :’(

Extracurricular activities are way way overrated in the admission process. Most schools, U of Maryland included, are numbers driven and your SAT- 1440/1600, 2240/2400 scores and GPA (throw out your sophomore year) are very respectable. Nothing is a sure thing but I would be surprsied if you were not admitted.
