Do Ivy Leagues likely to accept hs juniors taking only 2 AP courses, rather than 3/4?

My main goal is the Bachelor in Computer Science and Arts, or any other art combined with computer science programs (mostly art based programs) that are offered in top schools like UCLA, UPenn, Ringling, etc.

These are my courses from previous years.
No APs in Freshman, however all 4 major courses are honor courses.

AP World History course in Sophomore

AP BC Calculus
AP US History
Physics Honors
English Honors
Animation
Language course

debating on last course: AP Computer Science OR Studio Art 2

Keep in mind I want to build a strong portfolio for the Art schools, I don't think Compsci will help me in that aspect, however, Compsci might help me be more familiar with software designing, even though by looking at a Barrons book, I do NOT get anything whatsoever about Compsci.

If I take studio art 2 junior year, then my senior year schedule would be:
Multivariable Calculus (college course)
AP Physics C
English 12 Honors
US and World Govt Honors
Computer Graphics 3
Studio Art 3
AP Studio Art: 2D Design OR Drawing (since now I have an option, having 2 lvl 3 courses in 2 aspects of art, design and drawing

QUESTIONS!:
FIRST OFF, Do you think my counselor would allow me to drop an AP course a little more than a week before school starts? I have not gotten my course schedule yet.

And more important, do you think I SHOULD drop AP Computer Science for Studio Art 2? Is it okay for a top-notch junior high school student who needs to ace at every class to take only TWO AP courses rather than 3, or 4?

Thanks in advance

None of us can answer that, each school had their own policy. The only way to find out is to call your school…

If your school offers enough AP’s that you can take more then two (unlike my school) in your junior year then you should. Two really is a not, personally I am self-studying for two more so that I don’t have only two. You will have also lowered your rigor if you took an art class as opposed to an AP.
