all this reminds me a little bit of Superbad

reminds me of American Pie

oh yeah that too

Half asian? Hahaha, maybe Im not so unique after all. :(

Guys develop the Asian persuasion simply because there are so many Asians here…

And parents saying your daughters are 9’s or 10’s, ■■■■ that’s disgusting. You might as well have said “My daughter has a nice rack and the ass to go with.”

I must say, this thread doesn’t say much for your prospects.

@OP: People probably do have sex at Cornell. I’m class of 2014, so I don’t know.

You probably won’t be one of them. (ZING! BURN.)

And what’s with all the engineering hating? FYI, engineers are perfectly capable of talking to girls.

I mean, stuttering like mad and twitching uncontrollably whilst talking to a girl about Star Wars is normal, right?

Right?

Well. im gonna be an engineering major.
but i mean cmon
its college, and i really wanna have some fun that i have not been able to enjoy
to be honest !!! i also stutter a little bit, and am really shy. (bad at socializing. T_T)
I really hope the environment is such that I will be able to get along with others quite well…

im just worried that i"ll be like some kind of lonely ******.

Well, cornellred, based on what you’ve said, it’s very likely that you are the engineering stereotype and will probably have a hard time “having fun”. You know, those who worry about having sex are the ones that are unlikely to get laid.

You sound like a funny guy, cornellred xD

College is a place for you to study and learn, not to have fun. Seems like a pretty big waste of money to be paying for all that tuition just to enjoy yourself. For the next four years, you should focus on learning and preparing for your future jobs, not wasting your time. You only get to experience college once, why not make the most out of it?

^ LOL

You make good points, but for the opposite side

this post = my face + my palm

I wish I could insert pictures in my post…because I have the perfect one to go along with gomestar’s comment

is it the Star-Trek facepalm?

^hahaha…it is :)

the picard is the most famous one…but there is a mural one with dozens of facepalm pics!

just search on google images for “facepalm collage”

facepalm indeed…or a good Colbert headdesk.

seems like a pretty big waste of four years to chose a life of drudgery, I say. plus it’s not an all or nothing deal (once you start having fun, obviously you can never stop and study…)

All I can say is: enjoy your years in college. Obviously, your main priority is to do well so that you can move on to whatever your career goals may be. If you study 24/7 and don’t allow yourself to have fun, you are going to burn out so fast.

i dont think cornellred’s post is all that immature/immoral. Im sure a lot of people (at least a lot of guys) have wondered about this since recieving their big envelopes for a little bit. I think cornellred just expressed a lot of those thoughts.
