sexile and orientation

ok so i know plenty of people who have been sexhiled (myself included)...but I was just wondering if anyone has had a roomate who has sexhiled you with a member of the same sex? or perhaps you've done it yourself?

i've always wondered if my roomate would hate getting sexhiled himself, especially a homo-sexhile! D:

this is not a bashing thread...i just hate the fact that it is socially acceptable that hetero couples can sexhile but homo couples cant!!! D:

:bump:

10char?

yes i've been "homo-sexiled" by my roommate, he's gay... i don't see the big deal? (penn is uber-gay.)

the big deal is that cornell is more conservative (student-body wise) than one would think...

i have a friend who came out to her roomate and that roomate of hers packed up and left the room!!!

not to sound naive...
what is sexile?

The girl that packed up and left her gay roommate isn't representative of all Cornellians. Honestly the girl is probably better off that her roommate left, hahaha.

sexile is when you want to bring someone back to your room and hook up, so you kick your roommate out for privacy.

I have the same question...?

hahaha....oh so much for you guys to learn...freshman year is going to be an amazing learning experience...get excited

haha...

if you have a roomate or two...chances are you'll walk into a roomie having sex...

So..what's sexhile then?

didnt I just answer it? like 4 posts up?

^ A misspelling of sexile

i know of numerous OLs that have hooked up with freshman in their OL groups during orientation week.

whatever, its not like they're prefrosh. OL-freshman is only 1 year difference usually.

there are plenty of junior and senior OLs and OSs

Oh..I see where you answered it now. It posted before I asked my question.

Urban Dictionary: sexiled

rb, cornell is "conservative"? hahahaha you have a LOT to learn! it is definitely going to be a wake-up call for you! i would say that cornell is very LIBERAL.

Actually, I agree with RB.

Relative to a lot of other top schools in the Northeast (Brown, Columbia, Yale, Amherst, Middlebury, Wesleyan), Cornell definitely has a conservative undercurrent to it. It can be a very middle class and bourgeois place.

But I wouldn't hold it against someone that they wouldn't want to live with a gay person who just outed themselves.
