Do my recent grades really hurt my chance of acceptance?

Last year (during sophomore year) I took AP Bio test, took H bio since no AP bio, and AP Euro Exam. I got 3s on both of them DX.

So as a result, I am now going to study really really REALLY hard for it while keeping balance with my busy schedule so that next year when I take APUSH, AP English Literature (or was it Language?), and AP Chem (maybe), I will get all 5s and maybe a 4. I am right now researching the best way to study for AP Exams through this CC and other internet websites so I think I'm starting early enough.

Here's my goal for Junior and Senior year: (Some AP tests I might not take depending on if I can bear and understand the text) and I won't be like those people who say they'll study but dont' really....
APUSH: 4-!5!
AP CHEM: 4-!5!
AP STATISTICS: 5
AP ENGLISH LANGUAGE: 5
AP PHYSICS: 4-!5!?
AP FRENCH: 5

But will those two 3s in my sophomore really hurt my chance of getting accepted into Ivy League schools and other top schools like NYU, UCLA, Oxford (the England one which I know will be harder since it's in a different country)?

Unless there's a way I can not give my report for those two 3s in my college app but I don't think I can do that. What's your opinion?

Bad AP scores is generally no worse than simply never having taken said exams. You can delete the scores on your score report for free however. If you’re applying to England (Oxford specifically), you generally have to score 5’s on all the exams relative to the major you’re applying to. For U.S. colleges, you self report scores - if you want to withhold any scores on the Common App, it’s your choice.

3’s on AP Exams taken sophomore year won’t hurt you, as these exams are not designed to be taken as sophomores. Assuming you’ll be taking the courses for the six exams you mentioned, it looks like you have a reasonable schedule planned out over the next two years.
