Well, IB exams commence tomorrow, so it seems appropriate to post this reminder to anyone taking them.

I've seen the same thing said about AP exams, and I want to tell people that this applies for IB exams as well.

Do not talk about the content of an IB exam within 24 hours after it!

This is taken directly from the IB regulations that you should have gotten a copy of if you are taking IB exams: "Candidates must not disclose or discuss the content of any examination paper with any person outside their immediate school community within 24 hours after an examination. This includes any form of communication, whether verbal, written or electronic."

You can bet that IBO will be reading popular forums like this one, looking for evidence of malpractice. If you get caught discussing IB exam content here, you'll have to go up against the IBO's version of the Inquisition. You do not want that. Their regulations state that they will take "appropriate action". That probably means ruining the rest of your life and career.

That said, good luck on your exams.
