<p>As long as your have leadership roles in certain activities, I wouldn't worry too much. Its good to show you are involved in something and have some sort of passion.</p>
<p>I participated in neither, and I'm going to Dartmouth.</p>
<p>It doesn't necessarily have to be sport or music. Find something that you really want to get involved in (and preferably something that you are reasonably good at!), and make a commitment to it.</p>
