Do schools get best score from each test or the best combined test?

Ok, so I took three tests in total and second time I scored higher in CR than I did the third time but the third time I took it my math was higher. Does the school like at it this way or do they look at my third score (where my total score was higher)

This is what it is specifically.

1st time I took it I don't even to put because I improved everything from that test.

Test 2:
550 CR
600 M
570 W

Test 3:
490 CR
670 M
570 W

Test 2 total was 1720 and test 3 total was 1730. But do they say I get a 1730 or do they get my 550 from test 2 and my 670 math from test 3?

This year … they get all, and it’s up to the school to decide how they do it. Most, if not all, take the best subsections of each to make up a final score. I think it’s next year that you’ll be able to only send what you want … but for now, when you send SAT scores, the university gets to see all that you’ve taken.

zebes

Next year, you’ll be able to send whichever sitting you want; you still won’t be able to send Verbal from Test 1 and Math from Test 2.
