At the risk of sounding like a total idiot, what does it mean to see if the college takes a composite score? Does that mean that, from all the times you've taken the SAT, they take your best from each category and use that as your combined score? I saw people talking about it and I did not know what it was so... Thnx for any help

it means taking the best from how many times you taken it (Like if you got a 700cr, 750m, 800w and the 2nd time you got a 650cr, a 770m and a 780w you're composite would be a 700cr, 770m and an 800w for a total of 2270 instead of 2250 for the first time or a 2200 for the second time)

Thanx celebrian25 but do all universities do this or just some?

Some schools will just take your best single sitting. Every school has its own way of doing it.

ooohhh okay thnx :)
