Do some colleges not require teacher recommendations?

I have been looking for the teacher recommendation forms online for certain colleges and some of them I have not been able to find. I was wondering if anyone knew if SUNY Buffalo, Penn State, Ohio State, University of Pittsburgh, or University of Connecticut had teacher recommendation forms, or if they just do not require them?

I'm pretty sure that penn state and suny buffalo do not require recommendations, uconn recommends you having recommendations, but I don't think they have an actual form for recommendations. And ohio does not require it.

^ that is pitt's recommendation form for teachers

A lot of big flagship state universities don't require them. I recall a recent admissions officer from UF informing us that because of the large number of applicants they receive, they usually don't even get to read recommendation letters.

U. illinois
rutgers

Thank you so much. I could not find that Pittsburgh recommendation for hours.

^ I love, love, love, love whoever posted that link to the recommendations. I searched for hours!
