Do some Ivies take certain factors of admissions more into account than others?

For example, I've heard that UPenn obsesses over top 10%, while Harvard hypes up great test scores and Princeton loves legacies. Is there any truth to these rumors or do they all pretty much share the same holistic admissions process?

sigh… rumor mills about Ivy school stereotypes. Really, this is a fool’s errand. what YOU need to do is to craft YOUR best profile, once you decide which suite of colleges fit you best.

Agree with the above statement but stereotypes usually exist for a reason. I think it is true that Penn cares more about he 10%thing and also about extracurricular activities and leadership positions while harvard and Princeton place a little bit more importance on scores. Also all of the Ivies love legacies and I know for a fact hat penn really does ( the ED acceptance rate is insanely high at Penn–ED is where legacies are considered)
