Do the UC's look at your actual exam grades, or only your forecasted ones?

I’m an international student doing the A-Level and for our mid term exams, I failed one subject. My teacher seemed to know that I hadn’t done my best and thought that I could do better, so he gave me a forecast A-Level grade of a B. When I apply to the UCs (or any other school for that matter), can I only show them my forecasted grades and not my actual marks for the exam?
