Yes because your TAP program is the one who sends your TAP certification.

What if they already sent TAP certification for you?
god this is confusing
i dont really understand the process

Well basically it's an early agreement, stating that you're in the process of completing the honors program. As long as you finish the program prior to transferring (last semester = spring) you're fine. If however any changes occur, such as failing an honors course or not finishing the last 2 courses altogether, then you need to update your UC's admission site with the situation.

emucla, ucla WILL see your spring grades/transcript, and if the honors courses you said you were gonna take aren't there... it will be bad

definitely let ucla know what is going to happen or else it will seem like you lied on your app and they can rescind your admission because of that, even if they might not plan to because you did not complete the honor class.

it's not an honors course. It's an honors project. my situation is very stupid, but im working things out. We'll see

I did tap and finished it, as far as I know, they are pretty serious and you need to be TAP certified. In my CC, you couldnt take more than a certain amount of honors courses in the last semester, check with your college. Tap certification could be a very valuable asset.

Yay!!! my situation has been resolved!
