At my school there are currently 15 Valedictorians, myself being ranked 16 in my class. Of course, my high school does rankings based on unweighted GPA's. Among the 15 valedictorians, only 6 of them have been taking multiple AP classes while the other 9 have gone through high school taking normal courses. I myself have taken around 8 AP classes and have only ended up with a B+ in one semester. Will colleges take this into consideration of my rank when counselors send in secondary school reports?

Ask your counselor to mention it in her letter of recommendation.
