Do they read essays online? The version on CollegeBoard is almost illegible!

I wrote a 2 page essay in cursive, and got a 11. But when I checked it online, the scanning is almost horrid.

Is this what they see? I'd be surprised if they'd give me a 11 for that.

Yup, it’s online.

But do they read it? Thats the question I’m wondering. Thank you

Yeah I am wondering the same thing it looks so BAD!! Online! I couldn’t even read it myself! Well I could but I hated it…

Lul I bet so many essays would get higher scores if they were read on paper, not scanned, rather than online.

Of course they read it, silly!

^The question is if they see what we see, cause the OP (and me) feel like you can’t read them. The quality is to low.

Jesus Christ LoseYourself read my full post and question

Like ZombieDante said, the quality sucks.

No, pretty sure they read it as you wrote it in the booklet, not the scanned version.

I know the SAT essay is graded on a computer. I’m not sure how good the quality is, but I know that the essays are graded via computer.
