<p>Well after a bit of researching and looking at various forms, I have seen Colleges require u to write max. 7 ECs. SO having around 5-7 good ECs will help wont they? are they really important?</p>

<p>C/n forget those test scores... but it really depends on where you apply. Many state schools and some big top 20s like test scores a lot, and will put a lot of weight on them. Some of the smaller LACs like the more fuzzy wuzzy stuff like demonstrated interest, essays, ECs, interview, personality, etc. And of course the ivies need the package, b/c so many of their applicants have such quality ECs/test scores/GPAs/Course loads... </p>
<p>In the future, take a look at previous topics or do some research on the net - you're likely to find better answers and have your questions answered more quickly.</p>
