How much do EC's matter?

<p>I only have about 3 under my belt, and none of them are really solid. I'm a good student, with honors and AP included, and I don't plan to apply to any Ivies.</p>

<p>Am I at a major setback for admission into colleges, specifically state ones?</p>

<p>Generally, state school are far more interested in your GPA and test scores than ECs.</p>
