<p>Just repeating what a lot of others have said. Last summer when I went to the financial aid seminar at Parents Orientation at UCLA, the “financial aid guy”, said that they only give aid to OOS up to the in-state tuition price. ANd that it was the same if California kids went OOS.</p>
