Do UCLA, UCSD and UCB accept 3 year European bologna bachelors degree?

I have been Googling this but i only seem to find questions about if they accept Indian 3 year bachelors.
3 year bachelor degree is the standard in Europe for countries which follow the Bologna process. Are those degrees accepted to UCLA, UCSD and UCB?

It is quite likely that they do. An inquiry to the department of interest may give you the answer you want.

Thank you, i will contact them right away. I have another question. Are there very few Europeans who are going to the usa for grad school?
Because I read this http://www.iie.org/en/Research-and-Publications/Publications-and-Reports/IIE-Bookstore/Three-Year-Bologna-Compliant-Degrees#.V5KlRomxXqA and only 14% of the schools in the study recieved applications from three year Bologna compliant bachelor’s degree holders frequently. This was done in 2008 and theres no information about how many schools that participated in the study. But doesnt 14% sound very little?

I think 14% is about right. The reason is that most universities are very inexpensive in Europe and there are plenty of opportunities for students who want to get a graduate degree to simply go to another country in the EU to study. The USA is a much bigger jump and it is not obvious that it is a better choice in all cases for someone from Europe. There is a lot of capacity in Europe and they are taking more and more students from out side the EU just like the US schools do. There are also other aspects of the system which is different. The European PhD is usually very constrained: 2 years for an MS and then 3 more for the PhD. In the US, there is no specific time limit on completing a PhD even though a MS is not necessarily required.

I would guess that the percentages of Europeans who come to the US for a postdoctoral position is a bit higher than that.
