Do UCs care if you take one less AP class senior year?

So basically I was wondering if UCs care if you take one less AP class senior year. I know they look at the rigor of your senior year, but how much is it weighted in the admissions process.

Sophomore year I took AP Biology and Precalculus Honors. Junior year I took AP Calculus AB, AP Chemistry, and AP English. Right now, senior year I'm only taking AP Statistics and AP Psychology.

I might be taking a third AP, which is AP Physics B, but ONLY so the UCs see the rigor in my senior year. But do UCs really care if you take one less than junior year, from 3 to 2?

Need to know ASAP. All suggestions are welcome!

no biggie if you ask me.
