Do UC's look at alt. majors?

I recently took a major change from psychology to sociology, so I pushed my alt major to psychology, but it seems that some of the UC’s haven’t changed my alt major. I wanted to know, do UC’s look at your alt majors? Wondering just in case they do not change my alt major in time.

p.s I know UCLA doesnt, but what about all the others?
